Class Description

Easy Like Sunday Morning - This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of  yoga.. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in poses. Come learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

Vinyasa - Moderate Vinyasa style yoga that incorporates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Beginners welcome

Hatha - Working through poses with the breath and taking time to settle into deeper poses. Some experience is helpful, but beginners welcome!

Slow Flow - Warm Loving, all-levels class weaves together breath and yoga poses in a slow flow. A more leisurely pace than traditional Vinyasa.

Gentle Challenge - Gentle Challenge: Suitable for everyone. This is a challenging class with a gentle approach emphasizing alignment, breathing and relaxation. No previous yoga experience necessary. All levels are welcomed and encouraged to attend including experienced students. Experienced students will be offered challenging variations of the postures.

Mini and Me - Class designed for infant through toddlers. This class will have songs and fun poses for and child.  - STAY TUNED! As well ak Kids Classes!

Beginners - Wednesdays 30 minute class. This class will work on breaking down poses, breathing, and tips to make you feel comfrtable in a regular class.

Sunday Restore - A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. 

Barre - Barre Fitness Class is a safe, fun and empowering workout using a combination of postures from Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The exercises focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range of motion movements. It's a full body workout that's hard on the muscles but kind on the joints. Some of the benefits, are stronger muscles, increased flexibility, loss of inches and better posture. All levels are welcome, various modifications are provided throughout the class.

CandleLight Vinyasa - Moderate Vinyasa style yoga that incorporates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next while enjoying the soft glow of candles.

26 - Classic 26 series - 26 poses repeated 2x with 2 pranayamas. Same sequence each week set in a hot space.

Yin to Vin - This fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga offers movement to improve strength and balance while staying connected with ones breath. The practice transitions to poses that improve energy flow in the body with deep stretches to help release connective tissue and improve circulation.

Power Flow is a well rounded empowering physical class that takes you through a simple yet challenging practice. It's purpose is to ignite your internal fire while still maintaining a calm and balanced mind.
